Hi all, I'm only on day 2 of the attack phase and sticking well to the plan. I'm finding myself very hungry this evening only a couple of hours after my dinner. Any ideas for dealing with hunger pangs? Does it get easier??

I'm too sore to run tonight because of muscle soreness, so I'll have to get up early tomorrow to get my training in. Any suggestions for dealing with muscle soreness/DOMS?
