Eatng larger amounts (of protein) to make calorie limit
I'm wondering if anyone actually "knows" the answer to this -- I get that "a calorie is a calorie"... My question is this: I want to know if eating "larger" amounts of a protein like chicken or turkey is a detriment to what I am doing -- and I do this to "make" my calorie limit. I am on a 1500 calorie limit. I do strength…
