My weight has not budged in a couple weeks...
What is going on here? I have had a few days where I went over my 1200 net but all by only a few hundred and one by almost 900. However, It is already set at a deficit and the rest of the time I am under so that should not effect it THAT much. Just... wow... What gives...

What is the best butt exercise?
I started using the treadmill on an incline setting of 10.0... I seem to feel it more in my butt. It seems I am slowly getting a bit smaller but my butt isn't going anywhere! I cannot lose weight and NOT get rid of this azzzzzzzzz..... HELP!

Is it better to be under net or shovel in the junk?
After all my activities got added in this evening... AFTER I was done eating for the day... I am short like 500 something calories. (net) Do you go to bed short or do you grab something high calorie and full of junk to compensate?

How much water is too much?
I have a 1QT container I use for water. I generally drink 4+ containers in a 24 hour period. Yes... that is 1 gallon plus each day. My question is... how much is too much?

WorkoutTrainer via smart phones
Is anyone else here using the WorkoutTrainer via smart phones? I had to enter my height/weight and after each exercise it tells me how many calories I have burned according to my size. I am assuming this should be a fairly accurate calculation as it takes my specific ratio into consideration. Any thoughts?
