How do you figure out where to keep your heart rate during exercising.
According to the chart on the treadmill... 117 puts me at 60% and 144 puts me at 80% (I think that's right)
I started using it manually because I was finding that I was sweating less and working out has got easier.
Now, I have been getting my heart rate up in the 150/160 when I work out.
What is a safe/effective HR?
