I started out at 315 on May 22nd, 2012. Today I hit 239.5. I rarely am able to eat under my goal of 1400. I have a lot of days when I'm not proud of myself. I started 91 days ago from today. I've had some bad days, but after a bad day, I push through to the next day. It's worked for me so far, and I hope it continues working. I try to net ~1400 cals a day. Some days I eat back exercise calories, some days I don't. I do go to the gym at least 5-6 days a week. I do run/walk…

I was wondering some examples you guys eat for each meal every day and how long you exercise for? It's going to be a long term goal for me, because I'm looking to lose over 150 pounds. But, I'm only eating 800 calories a day, and so far, I've been jogging 2 miles a day. Is this a good goal? How many miles do you jog a day?…
