Is it possible to lose 20 lbs starting today, by January 27th? That's 1 month. If so, what are your suggestions? Tips?

I have a quick question. If you're consistently losing weight, shouldn't you be eating less? What I mean is: I put my starting weight in when I started using MFP again like a month ago, I've lost almost 15 pounds but my calorie thing hasn't changed. Am I supposed to eat the same amount that I started with? I have no idea…

Hey all! This is my first time doing anything like this. I have been on MFP for a while, but I'm just now really using it.
