I have a quick question.
If you're consistently losing weight, shouldn't you be eating less? What I mean is: I put my starting weight in when I started using MFP again like a month ago, I've lost almost 15 pounds but my calorie thing hasn't changed. Am I supposed to eat the same amount that I started with? I have no idea if what I'm asking even makes sense.

You should adjust your calories, but MFP won't do it for you. If you don't change them your weight loss will slow down; if you have a lot to lose, you might actually reach maintenance before that.
Go to My Home, choose the Goals link at the top, then click the green Change Goals button, then choose Guided (unless you're customizing). Make sure that MFP has updated your weight based on your last check-in (it should have done so), make any other changes you want, then click Update Profile.
I like to do it about every 5-7 lbs. or so.0 -
MFP asked me if I wanted to recalculate once I'd lost five kilos - I opted to keep eating the same and have the weight loss slow down a bit.0
