Treadmill calorie calculator accuracy
I was wondering if anyone has used this online treadmill burn calculator? http://42.195km.net/e/treadsim/ If so, how accurate do you feel it is? I don't currently own a chest strap heart rate monitor to compare calories, but I would love to hear others thoughts on it.
