Hi everybody :) I'm new to fitnesspal and would like to have friends for motivation. My goal is loosing 10 pounds ASAP by eating no more than 1400 calories per day. I've already had my goal weight, but gained 10 pounds through parties, drinking and late eating.. :( ( Have to change my bad habits. Maria
