I read the same thing. No drinking 20 minutes before and after your meal makes your stomach produce more acid and helps the metabolism. Trying to do so, but must admit that it's difficult for me not to drink while eating.. I feel really thirsty..

I never do my groceries when I'm hungry. Otherwise I'll buy too much junk food.. When in the store I buy a lot of fruit and veggies. 3/4 of my basket are for healthy raw food.
