Hi, Im a big milk person with coffee and cereal but :happy: Im trying to find something that has less carbs. I'm not crazy about the soy and almond milks out there. Can anyone recommend something more "neutral" tasting? Thanks in advance. Benjamin

The "gain weight" part of the goal
If I were to say my goal was to "gain weight", they would understand that I meant muscle, correct? I know this may seem obvious to most but I have to ask.

Below calorie goal
I am trying to gain musicale, lose fat, as we all are... If I am taking in a the desired amount of protein and not enough calories is that going to most likely limit my muscle growth? Thanks to you experts :)

Im lifting and trying to do two shakes a day, whey. Can too much protein be hurting fat loss?
