I am just using the standard settings for carbs, proteins, fats etc.... seems like my carbs are high. How do you all have yours set up?
Is there anyway to change this from kg to pounds?
I just started using Fitness pal. My Doctor told me to enter 70% fat 20% protein and 10% carb, I don't feel comfortable with that, I guess it'[s basically low carb and high protein and fat. Does anyone use what is provided by Fitness pal itself? Looks like it'spretty high in carbs but 1200 cal a day.
