I've had a sudden realization, that although I have lost 7 lbs in twenty days, I've been cheating myself. The more I exercise the more calories I've been eating. I will now resolve to eat only the calories allotted and exercise to burn them off.::flowerforyou:

I'm 59, and started this two weeks ago, at 292lbs. I've lost five pounds so far and it hasn't been that hard. I fine myself willing to walk an extra 15 minutes with Leslie Sansone to have that 160 calorie muffin. This site really keeps you honest and updated which is good thru out the day.
