No weight loss
Well I shouldn't say that, in 23 days I have lost 3.8 pounds. I am working out 4-5 days a week of cardio, and I am following myfitnesspal. As best as I can, I have a day or two a week that I am not perfect, but I eat between 1200-1800 a day depending on work outs. Please help, I don't know what else to do.
