Asian Inspired Soup
i just made a delish soup :) it's a staple for me. i even have it with a piece of bread and it's all under 500cals. it has protein from the egg i put in it so i have tons of energy and it tastes great! check out my food log lunch today for the ingredients. i also add ginger and garlic.

Beets
I had no idea what to pair with my shepard's pie for dinner and then I saw beets in Shape magazine! Cooked for about 1/2hour at 400 degrees they came out delicious with the skin on, a little olive oil, black pepper and garlic powder :) They are full of nutrients as well!
