The biology/physiology of weight loss?
This may seem like an overly simple question, but I'm baffled by fat and weight loss. Let's say tomorrow I weigh in two pounds lighter. I know not all of that will be fat, and some may be water lost or other fluids and variations. But in that 24-hour period, in theory at some point I "lost" some fat. How does this happen?…
