Running and breathing - what's normal?
I've never ran before and attempting c25k. I get winded really fast and get nervous that it's asthma or something similar so I give up quickly. From those of you with experience running- what does it feel like? I always read people say running can hurt but am not sure what's hurting. Thanks for any insight!

Strength training at home and/or DVD recommendations?
HI- I am very new to the idea of strength training of any sort and honestly don't know where to start. I am unable to join a gym at this time so I need to start at home. Are there any DVDs or weights I should start with? Anyone with any ideas or tips on how to start and what to start with, any info would be appreciated!

What does losing weight feel like?
Is it uncomfortable? I haven't lost much but my belly feels all weird and my chest feels even heavier. I have never lost much and have no idea what to expect.
