Fit tips This is my fit tip of the day. When going to the gym never stop moving. I walk in between my weigh training sets. Some people sit or talk but I walk. You can burn 5 to 10 calories just by walking a minute between set. Now if yo do 20 sets you can burn between 100 to 200 extra calories. This is not advice . This is…
