Everyone loves a good salad but most people put the wrong things in them. You can add 300 to 400 calories just by adding the wrong cheese and salad dressing. Try using fat free salad dressing and fat free cheese. They taste about the same. With much lower calories. Also try using egg whites instead of whole eggs.This is not advice. This is just what I do.
