Maintain taking into consideration number of steps?
Hi, I am around 172cm tall and I weigh about 113lbs. I have been trying to find out how many calories I need to maintain. I take at least 10,000, and every other day I do around 15-20k steps (due to exercise). How many calories do I require? Thank you!!

Each day, I walk for approx 2 hours, jog for 2 hours, work 5 hours (sitting down, writing) and relax for the remainder of the day/walk round the house. What activity level would that be? Thanks!
