What activity level am I?

Each day, I walk for approx 2 hours, jog for 2 hours, work 5 hours (sitting down, writing) and relax for the remainder of the day/walk round the house. What activity level would that be? Thanks!

I'd say at least moderate! I work at a desk but work out 5/6 times a week for at least half hour and I'm moderate activity x

Are you counting your walking / jogging as your exercise? If so, then you are sedentary. Activity level doesn't include your planned exercise, just the activity you do as part of your normal routine.

This. If you will log it and eat back the exercise cals, it doesn't count in your activity level

All the above is correct! I am set as moderate and I do enter my exercise BUT I only eat them back IF my NET is below my BMR x

The 2 hours walking and 2 hours jogging are my normal routine which I do daily and I don't count these in the activity log :)
