PCOS
Okay, so, I was diagnosed with PCOS and Hypothyroidism and I am taking Metformin, Synthroid, and oral Depo-Provera. I've heard that Metformin, with diet and exercise, can speed up the weight loss process. Anyone with PCOS that can help me? Or on Metformin that can confirm or deny this?
