Please forgive me, i am new to the boards and am wondering what you would count 30 day shred as, cardio or strength? I also don't have a heart rate monitor so how would you estimate the calories burned? Thanks, Julie
hi, I'm hoping that someone can set me straight... So my base calories are set for 1200, and then I exercise and MFP does the math and comes out with NET calories.
