Ive been doing cardio and I love spin class and have actually become hooked on spinning! But now I'm ready to start some strength training...tone up not bulk up....I need suggestions for beginning strength training routines. Any suggestions would be great!

Logging exercise skewing weight loss
I stopped logging my exercise because I felt it was allowing me to eat to many calories and I wasn't losing as much wieght as I wanted (1-2 pounds a week)....has anyone else had this problem?
