I've heard a lot about the starvation mode stuff and you have to be under 1200 calories for awhile before that kicks in. Don't eat back exercise calories. Also, make sure you are measuring everything....I feel you on the not losing though. I lost 8 pounds one month, then nothing the past two months, doing the exact same…

I have night sweats and a temperpedic, but I've had them in other beds too. I'm also on wellbutrin, which is interesting. Ive noticed with mine though, they only occur right before or during my period....have no idea why, sometimes its a little and sometimes I have to change clothes twice in the night I'm so drenched.

1200 is the least you should eat and tha'ts what I'm doing, and I go over that if I have a great work out ...just remember anything worth having doesn't come easy, take your time and get results slowly that will last...a quick fix will only lead to more problems...I watched my mother do it for years and developed her same…

I just bought a ton a candy to give out tomorrow and I put it in my husbands trunk so I won't be tempted to eat it lol, I'll probably have a few pieces as a reward tomorrow while I'm giving it out to trick or treaters, and hopefully it will all be gone so no temptations later!
