Hi all! My name is Samantha, and I have been a member on MFP for a few years and have been on a weight rollercoaster. I am needing to lose 150 lbs to be at a healthy weight and am looking for friends to help support each other on our journeys.

Whey protein? Good, bad, ugly?? Thoughts??
I was considering having a whey protein shake as a meal or snack replacement. What are some of your thoughts? Would this be beneficial to weight loss, or would I be losing nutrition?

Elliptical, Biking, Walking.... help!
I am having trouble trying to figure out if I should switch it up from just cycling for cardio, and maybe incorporate the elliptical. I am afraid I will not get the fat loss I am looking for. I have the same fear with walking. I don't think I am educated enough on the burn, so if anyone has any useful advice, I'd love to…
