How do you post a picture??

I am 7 months post gastric sleeve and 70lbs down. I started out in a size 26 plus jeans and I'm in an 18 jeans now but goal is a 9/10. I'm afraid that I've hit a stall and I'm not getting past it. It may have to do with my nutrition. Any suggestions on what I should and shouldn't be consuming to keep my weight loss going?…

Thank you!! I am almost under 300lbs now. That has been my first goal for some time. I'm getting excited!!

I believe it is the body fortress vanilla whey protein shake mix. A friend gave it to me.

I think that might work for me. I am definitely going to try that. Switching it up might be the key, and I'll start doing some strength training. I am so close to my first goal, I just need to stay focused, and get a little helping advice from some fellow hard workers. :)

I just want want to make sure I am getting enough burn in the week. I feel if I don't do JUST cardio I won't burn enough. Maybe I am going about this all wrong.... being a beginner really sucks. I feel in the dark.
