Gastric sleeve & trying to build muscle

Im 1 1/2 years out from having the gastric sleeve . I'm down 116 pounds . Hw:284 CW:168. Size 24 to size 12. So I've been heavy weightlifting 6 days a week . Just wondering if there's any one with good knowledge as if it's harder to tone up and see results with people who have had gastric sleeve because of the low calorie intake ? I don't have a lot of loose skin only my belly . I really would love to compete sometime in the future . Please if any one has good tips . Thanks !

    how much protein are you currently getting?

    Anywhere from 116 grams to 124 grams

    I am 7 months post gastric sleeve and 70lbs down. I started out in a size 26 plus jeans and I'm in an 18 jeans now but goal is a 9/10. I'm afraid that I've hit a stall and I'm not getting past it. It may have to do with my nutrition. Any suggestions on what I should and shouldn't be consuming to keep my weight loss going? I'd appreciate any help! Thanks girl! :)
