We don't eat gluten and, honest, glutenfree foods usually taste pretty disgusting. I think I eat fairly healthy and there is very, very little processed food as part of my diet. I have the odd potato/rice/quinoa but on the whole most of my carbs come from stuff like fruit. Is this okay?
I everyone! Today is day 3, so far so good :) I'm mom to 8 kids, and sadly I look it :( Time to get rid of the extra weight!
