  • For the longest timeI didn't exercise because I felt that I had to do it in the morning for best results. Now I do it whenever I have time. I still prefer doing it in the morning, but sometimes it just isn't possible with kids underfoot!
  • Well done for coming here and asking rather than just giving up! You have already had lots of good advice! I also plan my day, and then adjust throughout. I find it much easier that way. I like a bigger breakfast, so this morning for example I had an omlette made from 1 egg and an extra egg white, 1/2 cup cooked mushrooms…
