I want to behave this ThanksGiving, It's not the turkey, I can cook all day but then not want to eat any of it... I tend to choose not to eat then to take the time and eat the right foods. If I were to choose the best portions and the "right" portions what shoud I eat ?
:wink: I have been on MFP for awhile, then stopped logging in. Now I back and need to keep myself motivated, even on the days I want to forget I'm trying to better myself. i'm down almost 10pounds, id love to be down more...So here I go again. Good luck to myself and everyone
