Went swimming for the first time this year. All my life I could just float without moving. Well not anymore! Now I sink like a rock! I never knew swimming took so much effort!

a mile a day in July
Someone had posted a couple of weeks ago about starting to walk a mile a day. Should I count calories while recovering from surgery?
May be a stupid question but I'm having wisdom teeth extraction Friday. I'm 14lbs from my goal weight and set my goals to lose a pound a week. Should I move my calories up to just maintain?
