Starting of a week early!
My name is T! I have 4 kids, the youngest is 1. I am 20 lbs over weight and am planning to loose 10 lbs in two goal time periods. The first goal is to lose 10 lbs by Feb. 3rd. I am hoping that tracking my excersise and eating will help me. I am very active and like to workout, the eating is the challenge for me!
