Mediterranean Diet
What percentages should I use for protein, carbs & fat if I'm eating the Mediterranean Diet? Still only 1200 calories per day.

One wrong choice & I'm set back a week....
I ate something salty on Monday for dinner (vegetarian baked beans-1 portion) and woke up Tuesday gained 3 pounds. Worked out last night, cardio for 1 hour and stayed under my daily calorie goal but only dropped 1/2 pound. I'm so bummed, it's going to take me the rest of the week to get back to where I started. Having trouble loosing weight consistently...
I'm exercising 3-4 times a week and eating at or below my daily calorie allowance for the past 2 months. I've only lost 6 pounds. Most of the time I loose a couple of pounds, gain one back and spend the next week getting back to where I started. It's driving me crazy!! Any advise?? Anyone??
