I have never exercised at all, much less on a daily basis or regular basis. I am interested in those who exercise now and how you got started and stayed motivated to continue?

Brand new to the site...ultimate goal to lose 130 lbs...
Hello, I am brand new to the site. My ultimate goal is to lose 130 lbs, but I am starting with a smaller goal of getting to 250 lbs first.
