Good all day but falter at night?
I'm so frustrated. For the past month, I've gained back everything I had lost. I eat very well during the day (fruit, yogurt, nuts, salad, water) but once I get home, all I do is eat crap food (fast food, chocolate, coke). I know I shouldn't be eating it but at the time, I feel like I need it. I even went out and bought…
