Not dropping the pounds like I want
So for the past 3 weeks at least I have been walking 2 miles at least 5 days a week and using the fitness pal to keep my calorie intake down and I've only lost 2 lbs. I figured adding the walking I would drop weight faster. What am I doing wrong? Or what should I do different? Also has any one heard the B12 is good for…

I need to go and purchase a scale does anyone recommend one that is accurate but not alot of money? How often should I weigh myself? Im afraid to even step on the scale I get so discouraged when I gain. Help.
