Finished!
I finished it 2 days ago while on a trip to visit family. Started Ripped in 30 yesterday and going to get some heavier weights. Hope everybody is doing well!

Level 3!
Anyone with me? Loved it! It was the most 'fun' of the 3 levels to me, but I guess that's because I like the strength moves more than lots of bouncing-around-cardio. However, I'm wondering if the kind of pizza I eat/want to eat is even in the database, and if it actually has…

Hello! Anyone with allergies? Vegetarians?
Hi, I'm new here and looking to lose about 8 pounds and gain a bit of muscle back. In high school I was a cross-country runner, and in college I was a regular hiker/biker/swimmer. Now, at age 25, I have an office job in the city and have to sit ALL day. On top of my full time job I also volunteer and do contract work (all…
