Eating Under
I joined MFP fairly recently and I thought I would be struggling with eating only 1200 calories a day, but the opposite turned out to be true! Shopping NSV!
Little bit of back story: I've never been overweight, but I've slowly gained a little extra weight throughout high school and college.
