Advice for the newbie Please
I am on day 2 of crossfit starting with onramp. Sadly for me, there is only one other person on ramp and he's not super friendly. He's also super fit- and I'm...well....I'm a marshmallow! So, that aspect kind of sucks..he's done way before me, am I'm struggling to survive! hahaha Any tips for this newbie?!

Shedding the Baby Weight and then some * Progress Pics*
Hoping the pics work I'm 5'4" and when I had my baby I was approx. 162lbs leaving the hospital. My goal is to get to 122lbs. Currently I'm at 138lbs which is where I was before becoming pregnant. Looking for friends to keep each other on track
I had my first baby 7 weeks ago and now I need to lose 22lbs. I have about 6 lbs left to get to my pre-pregnancy weight and the rest is weight I wanted to lose before becoming pregnant.
