Sprained ankle - how do I keep exercising?
I fell on the treadmill 2 days ago and sprained my ankle (and ripped ligaments). I'm in a boot for 2-4 weeks and starting physical therapy in a few days. Doc said I could do 'upper body', but I have no clue what to do. Anyone else ever deal with foot injuries, but still managed to exercise? I'm going to take it easy this…
