I love rice. Despite this love, I know it's not the greatest thing to eat. Especially those Lipton Rice & Sauce (now they are Knorr) packets...the mushroom flavor is so yummy. My first day of MFP I was over on the protein. It's been really close the other two days. Is going over on protein really a bad thing? Even if you are under your caloric intake?
