anywhere on the tinterweb, that i can input ingredients and it will tell me the calorie value of what i am making? so that i can make flapjacks, cereal bars etc, and find out how much they are? thanks.

bit confused..
right, im set at 1200 cals intake per day.. and when i log my exercise it goes up. now, to be more ideal, should i eat the extra cals, or should i stick to 1200?
