I just started Curves complete today and I am wondering if anyone else is doing it? I did my first workout today, it felt really really good. I am doing the 1200 calorie phase one right now. Just looking for others going through this program too.
I'm new to curves and thought maybe some of you might share some ideas you've seen or do that keeps your heart rate up on the boards. I usually jog but I'm just looking to change it up.
