So hot/humid I can't eat; what do you do?
It's so hot and humid I really can't eat. I can sneak in a banana or an apple sometimes, but my stomach gets tight, it's such hot/humid weather and I have trouble eating. i drink as much water as possible, but food seems to be a different issue. Suggestions please!
