Exercise
I logged 30 minutes on the treadmill and I really think it overestimated the calories burned! As I always say - DON'T EAT YOUR EXERCISE CALORIES.

Edamame Salad Recipe-Yum
Made a wonderful salad: Cooked edamame (soybeans - not in the pods) - 2 (10 oz) pkgs 1 cup dried cranberries 4 oz light feta cheese, crumbled 2 tbsp fresh chopped basil 2 tbsp white wine vinegar ground fresh black pepper Mix together. Refrigerate. Makes 10 servings: 142 calories
