calorie deficit
Can someone please explain the calorie deficit thing? I don't understand, I thought that's what you were supposed to do is eat less calories, not just eat them right back after burning them! Thanks much.

I did a 17 minute high intensity interval training video today and i weigh 260 lbs, anyone know about how many calories i burned? Or a way to find out? Thanks!

need help!
I just started using mfp a little bit ago and am still confused about this... I try to eat somewhere around 1250 cals a day, right? Right, ok so when I enter my exercising, it ups my remaining calories?? So wouldn't it be better to not go by that and just stick with my 1250 cals? Because then wouldn't be like I didn't burn…
