hi. im having a hard time keeping my sugar in take low. most of the time the sugar i do eat is natural suagr from fruits or vegetables. any tips on keep my sugar with in the recomeneded amount? thanks :)

looking for nutritional information at cora's restaurant
help? this morning i went to cora's for breakast but they dont have nutritional information on the menu. so i got the fruit magic with yogurt and a small multgrain bagel with about 2 tbsp of cream cheese. cant find nutritional information for it on google or the mayfitnesspal database. i did add it in all separate. it…
