Sweating
I don't have a lot of time to shower after my workout so I'm working out with a fan blowing on me so I won't sweat as much (I sweat terribly otherwise). Am I still getting the same workout even though I'm not sweating as badly? I feel like I didn't do a good job because I'm not dripping in sweat :/ .

Creatine
I've was wondering about anyone's thoughts on taking creatine. I usually take it after working out so that I'm not as sore the next day. I just went to the doctor, and she told me that it might be hindering my fat loss. I know it my increase my water weight, but I never knew it could affect my fat loss.
