I would like to have anything you learned on how to lose weight. I am talking about nutritionally.
I made an italian dressing packet and used half the suggested olive oil. Mixed it and used some of it then put it in the refrigerator. The next time I went to use it the oil part was solid. This is not the first time it happened. I was using bertolli extra virgin olive oil.
Has anyone had this type of gastric surgery? Was it covered by insurance? I'm just a layman but it looks safer to me. No cutting the stomach, no rearranging your gutts.
